Before reading this I want to say I have not called this sister or have made sure If this story is true or anything about this story. I will not be held accountable for anything regarding this story... I am only posting it here thinking its true and that there is someone there who needs help.


ON AUG.30/2009 I received a mail from a muslim sister living in Ireland who really needs our help. Since, I am living in Canada I am looking for any professional Islamic Organization/Muslim Celebrity/Muslim Forum, website/Muslim Lawyer and any human who is willing to help a mother get her children back to her. As, this is Ramadan time I highly recommend everyone please help us in any way you can to help sister Asma Ali be happy during the month of Ramadan and let her have a happy eid with no worries.

This is Asma Ali from Ireland I use to watch islamic chennel often so I thought to discuss my problem with Legal forum team in Islam chennel as this chennel says: ' Voice of voiceless' So i hope anyone who will know this tragedy will speak and help me to get my childern's custody back following our own holy book Quran e Qareem's preaching.

I have three childern my elder daughter zaineb is around 3 yrs of age my twin babies one boy and one girl are 10 wks old now My twin babygirl zoha was fallen by my cousin's daughter she got minor arm fractuerd but social workers took my three childern and it has been more than wto months now they given my childern to unkown foster family.

My elder child zaineb is not able to bear current situation. In every one hour visit she cries infront of my eyes and unkown people took her. She does not undertsand laws she can not understand why my own mother is so helpless she can not take me with her home. This is too much painfull. My twin babies are very small They need their own mother not foster people.My husband is nowadays in pakistan. Our full family is sochked to know this situation in pakistan

Social workers have explanations for injuries child was fallen by my cousin's daughter. But they have their own hired child protection doctor lady who is every one saying extereme raciaist. They do not beileve me. She just want me as responsible that I did not care my child or I neglect my child.

Our muslim people can imgain how much a muslim mother loves their childern she can simply die for sake of their childern. WE can not think to neglect our childern. They do not understand our religion.

Case is in court now. Doctor's blames is that my baby's injuries might be non accidental That is not reality she just wanted to keep my children under their custody. My three childern are healthy she knows it and they given them to foster family

Now I need your help to explain the Judge about our muslim culture with refernce our Holy Quran about mother's right and stanadrd in Islam. we consider our heavanes are under our mother's feet it means mothers are symble of most trustfull creature Allah have made. So we need to tell Judge about our muslim culture and what our religion says. Nobody can seprate mother from children in this way. If a mother is wrong or crminal or neglect childern then it is ok but if mother did not do anything wrong why her all cildern have been taken and given to unkown foster family. How much my duaghter zaineb has been suffering no one can imagin about her internel condition. She is tottly changed her weight is half now.

So please brother or sister if you could do anything especialy in moth of Rmadan a muslim sister is in need of help you poeple should give your favour in geting back my childern's custody.

Ou court is on 3rd september and I need islamic centre aoutherties statement to explain the judge importance of our mother and about duaghters who considered as blessings of Allah. we can not send them to unkown families like this. Childern are very small they need their own mother.

I need this letter before 3rd september to get my childern back. Allah will reward you for this help. If you will sit there queit then Allah will enquir you at the day of judgement.It could be happen in your home as well So please help me to get my three childern

How do I even know that this is not a spam. I am thinking this story is story and if it is do you have any court or papers from social worker to support this story. Plus, I really need to see some kind of proof before publishing this story on iMuslimz.com for everyone to see and even try to send it to Muslim Media people who will (inshallah) try to help you in this matter.
Please send me any/all proof photocopies of the documents and inshallah I will try to Publish it and send it to other people.
